Catalyst is the conversational analytics layer of Diwo. Every operator, analyst, and executive types a question in plain English; Catalyst runs the query, assembles the answer with charts and evidence, and stitches pinned cards into auto-generated dashboards and executive briefings.
Start the day with a queue of questions.
Good morning, Admin
A real answer — not another dashboard.

One click — executive briefing.
The analysis highlights a significant number of repeat high-severity alerts among top customers, which correlates with fluctuating customer satisfaction scores across different alert types. Addressing these alerts is crucial to maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
- Several top customers are experiencing repeat high-severity alerts, indicating potential systemic issues.
- Customer satisfaction scores vary monthly, with notable dips associated with fraud suspect alerts.
- Dormant account alerts have a less pronounced impact on customer satisfaction compared to other alert types.
- 1Investigate the root causes of repeat high-severity alerts for top customers to mitigate future occurrences.
- 2Enhance fraud detection and prevention measures to improve customer satisfaction scores.
- 3Develop targeted communication strategies for customers affected by large-transaction alerts to maintain trust.

Catalyst is deployed at enterprises in financial services, healthcare, retail, and industrial — anywhere a business user would rather ask a question than open a dashboard.
How a regional bank replaced 14 static dashboards with one conversation
“Our operators stopped asking the analytics team for one-off pulls. They ask Catalyst, get a chart, pin it. We reclaimed a quarter of an analyst team.”
How a health system turned quarterly reviews into weekly briefings
“The AI briefing writes the narrative we used to pay a consultant for. We pin 6 cards, click Briefing, and we have an exec-ready page in under a minute.”
Catalyst doesn’t replace your warehouse. It makes it answer.
Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server. Point at your tables and start asking — no ETL, no new model required.
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, or a private deployment. Configure per tenant. Swap models without changing a line of your team's code.
Operators ask in plain English. Catalyst maps vocabulary to schema, runs safe queries, and speaks back in headings, bullets, and charts.
Shared conversations, pinned dashboards, role-scoped use cases, capability-based permissions. Analysts set the rails; operators self-serve.
Per-query SQL validation, schema-aware prompt injection defense, output schema enforcement, row-level access, tenant isolation.
Every question, SQL query, model used, and card returned is logged and replayable. Legal, compliance, and audit teams can reconstruct any answer.

Catalyst — the questions buyers ask.
Eight common questions about Catalyst's architecture, data connectors, free trial, and enterprise security posture.
What is Diwo Catalyst?
Diwo Catalyst is the conversational front end of the Diwo Decision Intelligence platform. Ask business questions in plain English against your own data warehouse — get back ranked, dollar-quantified recommendations, evidence (charts and tables), and auto-generated executive briefings. Catalyst is multi-agent under the hood: a Diwo Supervisor agent orchestrates specialist agents (SQL Generator, Visual, Document Retrieval, Insight, Anti-Hallucination, Recommendation, Decision Observer) to turn a question into a decision with a full audit trail.
How is Catalyst different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a brilliant general-purpose LLM. Catalyst is a purpose-built enterprise platform with persistent live warehouse connections, a Semantic Knowledge Graph that captures your schema and business definitions, an Anti-Hallucination Agent that verifies every numeric answer against the source query result, row-level security, decision audit trails, and outbound agents that push approved decisions into Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Mailchimp, ERP, and ticketing. Under the hood, Catalyst can use any major LLM — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, or a private deployment — configurable per tenant. See the Diwo vs ChatGPT comparison for the full breakdown.
What databases and warehouses does Catalyst support?
Catalyst connects to Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Postgres, MySQL, and SQL Server — with new connectors added regularly. You can also upload CSVs directly. Inbound agents keep your data fresh in minutes, not months. There's no ETL or data duplication; Catalyst queries against your source-of-truth warehouse with row-level security applied.
Can I trial Catalyst for free?
Yes. Catalyst offers a free 15-day trial with white-glove onboarding — no credit card, no procurement cycle. Sign up at /trial and we provision a private instance for your team within 24 hours of email verification. During the trial you can connect a database (up to 12 tables) or upload CSVs (up to 50 MB per file, 200 MB total) and run up to 100 queries per day. Trial limitations and the data deletion timeline are detailed in our Terms of Service.
Can I use my own LLM with Catalyst?
Yes. Catalyst is multi-LLM by design — you can configure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Groq as your reasoning engine, and we support private/enterprise deployments for customers with strict data sovereignty requirements. The choice is per tenant. The intelligence in Catalyst isn't from any one LLM; it's from the multi-agent architecture, the Semantic Knowledge Graph, and the governed warehouse plumbing around the LLM.
How does Catalyst prevent hallucinations on numeric answers?
Three architectural layers. First, the SQL Generator Agent writes queries against your live warehouse — every numeric claim has a corresponding executed query. Second, the Anti-Hallucination Agent verifies each numeric value in the answer against the actual query result before showing it to the user. Third, both the query and the verified result are visible in the Catalyst UI, so users can audit any number they see. The number you see is the number that came out of your data — not the number an LLM guessed.
Does Catalyst close the loop into operational systems?
Yes. Outbound agents push approved decisions into Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Mailchimp, ERP, and ticketing systems — with no custom integration required. The full decision context (recommendation, chosen alternative, projected impact, audit trail) follows the action into the system of record. This is the agentic execution layer most analytics platforms don't have.
Is Catalyst secure for regulated industries?
Yes. Catalyst is built for enterprise governance: row-level security inherited from the warehouse, encrypted secrets at rest (Fernet), per-tenant AI Observability that tracks LLM cost / latency / hallucinations / prompt-injection attempts, full decision audit trail, multi-cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure, on-premise), and SOC-2-aligned operational controls. Customers in financial services, healthcare, and CPG run Catalyst in production with their compliance and security teams reviewing every layer.
