How long is the Diwo Catalyst trial?

The trial is 15 calendar days, beginning the first time you log in to your provisioned instance. The clock does not start at signup or at email verification — it starts at first login. So if provisioning takes us a day or two, you still get the full 15-day evaluation window.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. The trial is free, and we don't ask for a credit card or any payment information at signup. There is no auto-conversion to a paid plan at the end of the trial; if you want to continue, we'll have a sales conversation.

What can I do during the trial?

Connect a database (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Postgres, MySQL, or SQL Server) or upload CSVs, then ask questions in plain English. Catalyst will generate ranked recommendations, charts, decision flows, and dashboards from your data. You can pin findings to dashboards, save decision flows for repeatable analysis, and invite teammates. Trial limits: up to 12 tables, 50 MB per CSV file, 200 MB total uploaded data, and 100 AI queries per day.

Why does Diwo provision instances by hand instead of self-serve?

Two reasons. First, every company's data is different — we want your first login to feel effortless, not like another setup screen. We configure your instance for your data shape and use case. Second, white-glove onboarding lets us catch and fix issues before you encounter them, and lets you skip the integration sprint entirely. The 24-hour provisioning window is a feature, not a delay.

How fast will my instance be ready after I sign up?

Within 24 hours of email verification, you'll receive an email with your credentials and a short onboarding note. If we have questions about your specific use case, we may reach out before provisioning to make sure your instance is configured correctly. Most signups go from email verification to first login in under a day.

What happens to my data when the trial ends?

Day 16 to Day 45: your account transitions to read-only. You can view prior conversations, recommendations, dashboards, and decision flows, but you can't run new queries or upload new data. On Day 12, we email you a downloadable export bundle (JSON) with everything you generated. Day 46: your account is archived. Day 90: all data is permanently deleted from active systems. Self-initiated deletion is available anytime via the 'Delete my trial' option in your account settings. Full timeline in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Is the trial available worldwide? Are there industry restrictions?

Trials are available globally, but we review every signup individually and reserve the right to decline based on capacity, geographic restrictions, sector compliance requirements, or competitive conflict. If we can't provision your instance immediately, we'll let you know and reach out when capacity opens up.

What if I want to delete my trial early?

You can request immediate and permanent deletion at any time via the 'Delete my trial' option in your Catalyst account settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Before deletion is finalized, we'll offer you the opportunity to download an export bundle of your generated artifacts. Once you confirm, the action is irreversible.
