We are seeking a dynamic demand gen rockstar to help us drive our customer acquisition strategy to the next level. In this role, you will stand up and own all things demand generation, including digital, events and BDR. You’ll be a hands-on leader, creating and executing programs to drive sales. This is an opportunity to build a demand gen function from the ground up, as part of a revenue-focused and collaborative marketing team. The ideal candidate has a very strong background in growth marketing, demand generation, ABM, and web marketing. You are a digital marketing expert with a strategic focus and extensive experience in planning and executing full-funnel multichannel campaigns and tactics.
Accelerate growth
Create and execute omni-channel demand generation campaigns that produce high-quality MQLs for diwo through paid search, display/retargeting, content syndication, email, pay per lead programs and webinars. Work closely with sales leadership to execute innovative, targeted account-based marketing campaigns that drive demand where it is needed most. Create and refine a mix of traditional and new demand generation, account-based marketing, and sales activation strategies. Manage nurture strategies and partner with the content team to develop thought-provoking content journeys for clients and prospects.
Measure & optimize
Track and report on performance metrics (Leads, MQLs, Opportunities, Closed Won, etc.) to gauge program effectiveness. Regularly A/B test messaging, channels and asset types to optimize campaign activities. Collect and provide feedback on product and customer messaging. Provide analysis on funnel and campaign insights to improve customer acquisition costs, accelerate pipeline conversion and overall win rate, and improve retention/renewals.
Operationalize
Develop a predictive quarterly and annual marketing funnel forecast model and budget. Develop mechanisms to uncover, listen, and test for buying triggers and operationalize them. Continually explore and set up an integrated and efficient technology stack to improve the productivity of the revenue generating team.
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of marketing experience and a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, technologies, and channels
- Expertise in managing all aspects of demand generation and account-based marketing – you can set the strategy, execute the work, and analyze results
- A customer-centric mindset and a desire to always be testing, learning and innovating
- Ability to thrive in a performance driven environment and bring a strong measurement focus to everything
- Experience building a high-performing team, including agency/vendor selection and management
- Attentive, nimble and responsive to market shifts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in developing and managing successful channel partner campaigns
- Deep experience with Salesforce, marketing automation and ABM systems
- In depth knowledge of paid ad platforms including LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.
- Analytic and AI industry experience is a huge plus
