Description:

At diwo we are transforming how enterprises make decisions and are looking for a dynamic BA to join the client solutions team. Do you have a passion for business value? Understanding what makes companies tick and looking for opportunities of improvement? Experience in analytics? Then this could be a great fit for you. As a core member of diwo’s client services organization you will work within an engagement team to define and deliver solutions using diwo for our customers. These solutions help our customers make decisions faster and get the most value out of their existing investments. This team is highly nimble and team members come from varied backgrounds from being in industry to consulting.

About the Role:

• Defining the future state vision via opportunity study sessions
• Requirements definition, revision and management of Proof of Concept Delivery
• Creating and delivering high value use cases from POC through production
• Engage with client SMEs to understand their requirements and create documentation in specified templates.

Business Analyst are Desired to have:

• Excitement for cutting edge technology and ability to self learn
• Experience working with cloud platforms, analytics platforms or enterprise applications
• 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• 2+ years working with, or around, advanced analytics technology and platforms
• 2+ years working in a professional services organization
• Openness to travel, when possible, as required
• Openness to learn, unlearn and relearn

About you:

• Understanding of, and experience in, financial services, retail or supply chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL
• Proficiency in data exploration tool(s)
• Experience with Jira and confluence platform
• Experience working with, or for, large enterprises delivering software initiatives
• Experience documenting requirements and business processes
• Experience facilitating design sessions and defining future state processes
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and leading to a solution
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile and software delivery methodology
